Community Credit and Dual Currency Banks in Brazil

The Banco Palmas is the prototype for community credit and dual currency banks in Brazil, where it has been in existence for 6 years. About 20 of these are operational in various parts of the country. Now the Brazilean government has decided to launch more than 100 of these.
